On one hand, I can see how this would hinder a YouTube channel’s growth within the eyes of the mighty algorithm. On the other, if those same videos would no longer be searchable, then how would it be deemed harmful? Luckily the article below does go into it a bit.
Interesting article, I never realized until now how deleting your videos could negatively affect your Youtube channel. I’ll keep this in mind if there’s any videos on my channel that I don’t wish the public to see anymore, I’ll just set them to unlisted instead of completely deleting them.
