What’s your preference between using a debit or credit card? My favourite is always going to be debit card and this is because I feel more comfortable with using the money I know is mine already. I don’t owe anyone anything when I use money linked to my debit card.

I prefer to use a debit card myself, though it wouldn’t hurt to get a credit card and just use it for gas and groceries. My parents made the mistake of getting credit cards and never paying them off… they have lots of debt. If I ever do get a credit card, I will make sure not to end up like them and pay off the credit card.
It is a very big problem when you end up making use of your credit card but couldn’t be able to pay off the money that you have accumulated so far by spending on it. This is why making use of credit card can never entice me.
